AGTG ministry only replaces items if they are defective or damaged.

 

To complete your return (for an exchange only), we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please notify Grace to Grow at paceforgrace@gmail.com. A return material authorization (RMA) will be generated and must be included in the return. Note: the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return an item(s).

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will offer an exchange based on the value of your original purchase.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned THIS ENDS WEIRDLY.
